Plans Overview
Cano Analytics offers four plans designed to grow with your product.
For custom event volumes, dedicated infrastructure, SAML SSO, or SLA requirements, contact our sales team to discuss an Enterprise plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
1
Open Billing settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing in your workspace.
2
Click Upgrade
Click the Upgrade button next to your current plan summary.
3
Choose a plan
Review the plan comparison and select the plan that fits your needs. Toggle Annual billing to see the discounted pricing.
4
Enter your payment method
Enter your credit or debit card details. Cano Analytics uses Stripe for secure payment processing — your card details are never stored on Cano’s servers.
5
Confirm the upgrade
Click Confirm Upgrade. Your new plan limits take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Monitoring Your Usage
The usage bar at Settings → Billing shows you how many events you have tracked in the current billing period compared to your plan’s monthly limit.- The bar updates in near-real time as events are ingested.
- The current period’s start and end dates are shown beneath the bar.
- You can also see a breakdown by data source to identify which integration is consuming the most quota.
If you exceed your plan’s monthly event limit, new events are queued rather than dropped, and Cano Analytics sends a warning email to the workspace Owner. Queued events are processed once your next billing period starts or immediately after you upgrade. To avoid any risk of data loss, upgrade your plan before reaching the limit.
Invoices and Receipts
Cano Analytics generates an invoice at the start of each billing period. To view and download past invoices:1
Open Billing settings
Go to Settings → Billing.
2
Open the Invoices panel
Click Invoices in the Billing navigation tabs.
3
Download an invoice
Click the Download PDF link next to any invoice in the list. Invoices include a full breakdown of charges, your billing address, and a Stripe payment receipt number for expense reporting.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time by downgrading to the Free plan.1
Open Billing settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing.
2
Click Manage Plan
Click Manage Plan and select Downgrade to Free.
3
Confirm cancellation
Review the changes — including the reduction in event quota, data sources, and team seats — and click Confirm Downgrade.
- Event ingestion is capped at 100K events per month.
- Data older than 30 days is scheduled for deletion. You have a 14-day grace period to export any data you need before it is permanently removed.
- Team members beyond the Free plan’s 3-seat limit lose access. The Owner and the two most recently active Admins retain access automatically; you can manually reassign the remaining seats.
